The Preparation for Fellowship Success (PFS) Masterclass is a face-to-face preparatory course which aims to boost your confidence in passing the Fellowship Examination in General Dental Practice.

It offers a unique opportunity to communicate in-person with examiners, facilitators, and your peers in an intimate learning environment.

This Masterclass will focus on an overview of the Fellowship Examination (GDP) format, preparation & study tips, and training on viva voce techniques. Small interactive breakout groups hosted by subject facilitators will help you work through clinical cases to improve your ability to think, analyse and develop management plans for patients in an examination setting. There will also be Q&As sessions and learning activities designed to help you maximise feedback from facilitators during the breakout sessions.

  • Maximise your viva voce performance through training on techniques

As this Masterclass is delivered face-to-face and consists of interactive group work, registrations are limited.

Eligibility:
The Fellowship Examination (GDP) is open to candidates who have passed or been granted exemption from the Primary Dental Sciences Examination, or have gained Membership in General Dental Practice through the MRACDS(GDP) Program.

Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree at least three years prior to enrolling, have a minimum of two years clinical experience and hold registration to practice dentistry with a recognised registering body.

Important notes:

  1. Candidates are required to hold membership with RACDS prior to enrolling – apply for Affiliate Membership now. If you hold an active Subscription you are eligible to apply.
  2. The enrolment fee may be refunded as per the RACDS Refund Policy.
  3. Enrolment is valid only for the current year’s workshop to which the candidate has been admitted.
  4. The College reserves the right to amend the timing and dates of workshops whenever conditions warrant. Where workshops are cancelled or postponed, a full refund of the enrolment fee will be issued. The College takes no responsibility for any other costs incurred by the Candidate.
  5. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
