
You can enrol in the Orientation Course regardless of whether you plan to present for the Primary Dental Sciences Examination.
Enrolled candidates will be provided access to the lecture notes and the opportunity to network with peers, academics, Fellows, Members and staff.
This course represents 74 CPD hours upon completion.

Course Structure
Pre-record online lectures supplemented by live Q&A webinar sessions and two Masterclasses.
Lectures
• All lectures will be pre-recorded and released on 1 June, giving candidates approximately 7 weeks to prepare for the live Q&A sessions
Live Q&A sessions
• Live Q&A sessions will be held for each discipline over 7 weeks
• Live Q&A’s will be recorded to allow access at a later time
Self-directed study groups
• You will be provided with an opportunity to form self-directed study groups and meet via Zoom at scheduled times during the course
Masterclasses
• Masterclasses will be held in Sydney and Perth
• Candidates can attend in-person or online
• Masterclasses will cover lectures on six science subjects, as well as Pharmacology
• A dinner function will be hosted on Saturday evening as a chance to meet and network with your peers and lecturers
• The Masterclasses will not be recorded
