This is an opportunity to hear the latest Regional Committee updates, welcome new members and network with peers and friends.
The meeting will be held as a hybrid event, allowing those unable to travel to attend virtually, however we strongly encourage you to join us in-person. For those attending in-person, a working lunch will be provided.
Please note this meeting is only open to Regional Committee members of the current term.
Time: 10:30 AM – 12 PM AEST ( (8:30AM HK/SG/MY | 1:30PM NZ)
Location: Cairns Convention Centre (where Scientific Program is being held) or online via Zoom

This meeting will be followed by pre-conference masterclasses and the Opening Ceremony & President’s Welcome Reception. The Scientific Program will be held on Friday, 13 and Saturday, 14 September 2024.
